Which truck models are the cheapest to insure?
I'm a 19-year-old guy and a newer driver. Because of my age and gender, I know my auto insurance will be expensive so I want to save money by buying the right truck. Which truck models are the cheapest to insure?

Unfortunately, there’s no way to be sure that one truck is going to be cheaper to insure than the next without getting quotes. Insurance rates can vary wildly between different companies, and also different vehicles. It’s a good idea to get quotes to make sure the trucks you are considering purchasing will fit in your budget.
Having said that, some of the cheapest trucks to insure tend to be half-ton vehicles with two-wheel drive. These include the GMC Canyon, Nissan Frontier, and Chevy Colorado.

Should I get a non owners insurance policy if I'm moving to New York and don't need a car?
I'm moving to New York City, but only for two to three years. I know that a lapse in insurance can qualify you as "high-risk." My agent told me I can forego the lapse by purchasing a non owners insurance policy, but it seems too expensive ($90 a month). Should I get this coverage?
