Which insurance companies will cover a gray-market car?
I have a very cool car from Italy, and I obviously want to insure it where I live — which is in America. How can I find an insurance company that is okay to give me a policy on my gray-market car?

It’s hard to know which insurance companies are willing to cover a gray-market car without having specific details about the vehicle. Each insurance company has its own set of guidelines based on the vehicle’s specifications, so it’s a good idea to make a few phone calls to figure out which company will be the best fit for you and your vehicle.
