What are some issues that can get your home insurance canceled?
I'm looking for my first home insurance policy and I'm not really familiar with how home insurance works. In what ways can my coverage be canceled?

The most common reason for your homeowners insurance to be canceled or non-renewed is submitting frequent claims. Most companies will drop you or not be able to offer you a quote if you’ve submitted two or more claims within a five-year period.
Other common reasons why you can be denied homeowners insurance or issued a cancellation notice include having a vicious breed of dog (or a dog with a bite history), having an unsecured pool and/or spa, having a trampoline, and having an older roof with lifting or missing shingles.

Can I get gap insurance with an unsecured loan?
I was offered an unsecured loan by my lender for my new car. I'm buying a new BMW and would like to add gap insurance. Since the loan is unsecured, will it disqualify me from adding gap insurance? Should I try to get a different loan?

"Should I take out a longer loan on a $30,000 car for smaller monthly payments? "
"I was talking to the dealership about auto financing options for a $30,000 car. The salesman said he can get me approved for a 60-month loan at $560 per month or a 72-month loan at $470 per month. The interest rate is the same at 1.75%. I could use some extra money each month to pay down some of my other debt, but I know it will cost me more in the long run. Should I go with the shorter loan or the longer one? "
