Good car insurance providers for active-duty military members?
I am in the army and I move around a lot. What are some good car insurance companies for someone like me? And what kind of coverage should I be looking for?

Usually, when people think about insurance for active-duty military members and veterans, they think of USAA. This is because they deal exclusively with military servicepeople, veterans, and their family members. However, there are many other factors to consider when selecting your insurance company, like your relationship with your agent, the ease of doing business, your agent’s responsiveness, and, frankly, the cost!
Many companies offer discounts for military service, including Progressive, Nationwide, and Clearcover. You will want to make sure the carrier you choose not only offers military discounts, but is flexible with payment plans, allows you to change your garaging location quickly, and has storage-plan options available for when you are keeping your car parked for extended periods of time.
