Can you negotiate your car insurance premiums?
I've gotten a quote for car insurance and I can't believe how expensive it is. Can my rate be negotiated?
Premiums are not negotiable. Insurance companies must abide by their internal pricing structure and state regulations. It is illegal for insurance companies to offer sales or deals other than the discounts that you are eligible for.
You can, however, obtain quotes from different providers and compare rates to get the most affordable coverage. If you’d like to learn more about how to compare quotes, check out this article: How to Compare Car Insurance Quotes.

Is it normal for monthly car insurance to cost more than the monthly loan payment?
