What do industry experts like about Ram’s trucks?

U.S. News
named Ram the Best Truck Brand on the strength of the 2022 Ram 1500, which has received almost unanimous praise from critics.
The judges conceded that not much has changed from the 2021 model, but hey, if it ain't broke don't fix it! U.S. News praised the Ram 1500 for being excellent as both a work truck, and daily-use vehicle.
The Ram’s interior is comparable with that of a luxury SUV, and it boasts a quality infotainment system, with a huge touch screen display. In addition, the truck’s coil-spring rear suspension, spacious cabin, and comfortable seats gives it outstanding ride quality.
Buyers can opt for a V6, V8, or diesel engine, meaning there is ample power available for serious towing and hauling.
The only complaint was that the 2022 Ram 1500 is short on standard features, but there is plenty of technology available for those looking to upgrade.

Ram is not the best selling truck of the year

MORE: The Ram 1500 Has a Small Advantage Over the Ford F-150
The Ram 1500 has won a whole host of industry awards, but the 2021 model has not been able to take Ford’s place as best selling truck of the year.
So far in 2021, Ram has sold 434,772 units. This is enough to take second place in the sales charts, and push the Chevy Silverado down into third, but Ford F-Series still lead the way with 534,831 units sold.
Ford’s refreshed F-150 lineup includes a hybrid and an updated Super Duty model, but Ram will be hoping that the 2022 1500 can help close the gap.
