Expect 180 horsepower and 210 lb-ft of torque for the 2.4-liter option.The other option provides between 270 and 271 horsepower and 239 to 295 lb-ft of torque. All engines are mated with a nine-speed automatic transmission, a standard for all Cherokee trims.
Its 2.0-liter turbo engine has EPA ratings of 20/28 mpg city/highway when working with the Jeep Active Drive Lock. However, the 3.2-liter V6 engine has a lower fuel efficiency at 18/24 mpg city/highway. The base engine also has a lower towing capacity at 4,000 lbs compared to the V6, which has 4,500 pounds.

The elite package ($3,195) offers a remote start, a power liftgate and is fitted with ventilated front seats.Its Technology Group ($1,595) has a full-speed collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, traffic-adaptive cruise control, automatic high beams, wipers, and parking systems.
If you go for a Trailer Tow Package, you will get a stand-alone transmission cooler and a Class III hitch. It also offers a sunroof, navigation systems, and black aluminum wheels. You also get a trailer wiring harness for the seven and four-pin systems.
