Toyota
is known for its well-designed, dependable, and affordable vehicles. The Sienna, Toyota's answer for the return of the minivan, is no exception. It has good looks, a great interior, and a price that most families can afford. The main problem will be choosing which trim you want.
The 2021 Toyota Sienna is built for comfort.

The 2021 Toyota Sienna offers a lot of options

Unlike other automakers, Toyota doesn't hesitate to give its customers choices. In fact, on the Sienna, there are a total of five trim levels.
According to
Toyota
, the base model LE offers features like dual power sliding doors, blind-spot monitoring, and rear cross-traffic alert.
The next trim up is the XLE, which offers a power tilt/slide moonroof with sunshade, hands-free dual power sliding doors, and SofTex-trimmed heated front seats with seatback pockets for your passengers. The seats are also eight-way power-adjustable and offer lumbar support.
The XSE only seats seven passengers, as opposed to the LE's eight. With that being said, you get a sport-tuned suspension and 20-inch dark wheels.
The Limited ups the game with 12 JBL speakers, premium audio, and Dynamic Navigation. The seats are leather-trimmed and heated.
The Platinum, the highest trim level, comes with a bird’s-eye view camera with a perimeter scan and overhead 360-degree view.
The engine is a hybrid 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that generates 245 hp. This is paired with a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT). The drivetrain is a standard front-wheel drive, although AWD is available on higher trim levels.
The gas mileage is excellent for a minivan, as it gets 36 mpg on both city and highway.

The interior is built for comfort

Considering you spend most of your time inside the vehicle, the interior and comfort is arguably the most important part after the engine and transmission.
The Sienna offers second-row captain chairs, which makes getting in and out easier. A 1500-watt-capable power outlet is perfect for charging your laptop or plugging in items if you decide to go camping.
Another feature that is often overlooked is the cup holders. There are 18, which means no one has to worry about not having a place to keep their drink on long road trips.
As for comfort, Toyota goes all out to make the seats nice and cozy. From lumbar seating to heated seats, there are tons of features that will make driving more pleasurable than ever.

How much does the Sienna cost?

The base LE trim starts at $34,460. The price climbs to $39,750 for the XLE and up to $42,000 for the XSE. The Limited costs $46,700, while the Platinum has the highest price of all at $49,900.
For anyone on a budget, the LE is definitely the best option, as you get many great features that are typically only offered on higher trim levels. For those who don't mind spending a little more, the Platinum is a great choice; you get the top features available for still a relatively affordable price.
