? The automaker thoroughly inspects each one before offering buyers a limited, bumper-to-bumper warranty. You’ll be able to drive away from the dealership without breaking a sweat. Sounds good, but which Honda should you choose? Well,

has something to say about that. The car magazine made a list of the best CPO Hondas available, and among them was the 2018 Pilot EX-L.
What’s so special about a 2018 Honda Pilot EX-L?
It’s hard to beat a Honda Pilot for a family vehicle. The 2018 model had the best fuel economy in its class that year while still offering ample seating and cargo space.
Buying a used Pilot could give you access to trim levels you might otherwise not be able to afford. KBB suggests upgrading to the EX-L which includes better audio, leather seats, and Honda’s Intelligent Traction Management system. They also think you should opt-in for navigation so you never get lost on those long family road trips.
The EX-L gives you many of Honda’s luxury features without raising the price too high. KBB says you should be able to find a certified pre-owned 2018 model for around $30,000—a full $5,000 cheaper than the Touring or Elite trims.

Why buy a certified pre-owned Honda?
You might be able to find a cheaper Honda online, but buying one through the automaker’s CPO program will likely save you money over the years.

On a 2018 model with an odometer reading of more than 12,000 miles, Honda’s limited warranty would add one year or another 12,000 miles to the vehicle. Not bad for a four-year-old set of wheels.
