Aston Martin builds luxury apartments to suit your luxury car

Each unit comes with an Aston Martin DBX

The high-rise apartment building was designed by the Adjaye Associates architecture firm and five residences are marked as Aston Martin properties, as reported by
Car and Driver
. The apartment is located at 130 William Street and has 242 condos on 66 floors.
If you purchase one of the luxury apartments in Manhattan, you’ll also get a chic black Aston Martin DBX designed by David Adjaye, the building’s architect. The luxury apartments' architecture matches the SUV's custom paintwork and interior. The car is all black like the hallways.
According to
Motor1
, the DBX is a special edition model with real stone accents, satin walnut wood, and marble inlays on the inside. The spirit of Aston Martin is also captured by the Parliament Green leatherwork and black anodized aluminum.

After the impact of the pandemic in New York, the luxury real estate players can now have some relief as the market is coming back to life.
According to
Mansion Global
, 41 contracts for homes worth $4 million or more were signed in the week of June 20 based on a report from Olshan Realty. This marked 20 consecutive weeks in which at least 30 residences for more than $4 million were signed.
Donna Olshan, president of Olshan Realty, said that "The strength of the luxury residential market is even more remarkable when you consider that we are heading into the malaise of summer, a time when the market usually tapers off."

The inspiration behind the Aston Martin residences

Adjaye's architectural inspiration in designing the five homes comes from the masonry architecture dating back in New York's history. Everything from the refined bronze detailing, classic stonework, and oversized arched windows bring out the building's iconic features.
You don't choose what to have in the condos since they’re already fully furnished with items from the Aston Martin home collection. From the living room to the bedroom, the interiors have hardware and textiles that represent the style of Aston Martin's luxurious car interiors. You also don't get a garage, so your DBX will be parked at a Connecticut train station if you need it.
Aston Martin has begun the process of marketing its properties to an "exclusive VIP list" of potential buyers.

Aston Martin brand continues to grow

Aston Martin's collaboration in architecture and design is a unique way to grow the car brand. The automaker has already released previous Aston-branded luxury condo projects in Los Angeles and Miami. Consumers who enjoy the luxury and elegance that comes with an Aston Martin vehicle can now experience the same opulence in their residence.
