background
Jeep
has been around for decades, opening up shop during WWII and marking its 75th anniversary in 2016. To celebrate, Jeep released the 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee 75th
Anniversary Edition
, which turned out to be one of the best models of the car.
The 75th Anniversary Edition is stylish and drives well on road and off. Its well-made interior and versatile driving made it a very popular choice when it came out. According to
Edmunds
, the car is still a popular used model today. Here are the specs, pricing, and features of the 75th Anniversary Edition 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Here’s what you can expect to pay for a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee 75th Anniversary edition.

How much does a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Anniversary Edition cost?

Listing prices on Edmunds put a used 2016 Grand Cherokee around $26,000, which is a bit on the higher side in terms of value, but not outlandish. The 2016 Grand Cherokee lineup comes standard with rear-wheel drive, but four-wheel drive is available as an upgrade for every trim level, so off-roading is no problem.
Five trim levels are available with the Grand Cherokee including the Laredo, Limited, Overland, Summit, and SRT. There are four engine options across the trim levels. The 295-horsepower V-6 is standard, with the option to upgrade to a 5.7-liter V-8, a 3.0-liter diesel V-6 with 420 lb-ft of torque, or even a 475-horsepower 6.4-liter V-8 with the SRT trim.
Other perks come standard as well, like automatic headlights, cruise control, keyless entry and ignition, 17-inch alloy wheels, a 5-inch touchscreen, and Bluetooth for phone and audio connection. This five-passenger midsize SUV covers all the bases and is an all-around reliable choice.

If you want a midsize SUV that does a little of everything, the 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee is a prime candidate. Its well-trimmed cabin provides comfy seating, and it easily masters both off-road trails and daily commutes alike.
The amount of engine choices allows you to tailor your Grand Cherokee to your needs, whether that be driving to soccer games or off-roading adventures.
The cabin is user-friendly, featuring an 8.4-inch infotainment screen with an HDMI input in certain trim levels. The leather interior is stylish and sleek, a great fit for a family of four or five.
However, Edmunds said that the 2016 Grand Cherokee can be on the pricier side. The one on their site was listed at $25,990, but it’s still a fair price. Pay any more than that, though, and you could be spending too much.
