  • Next, the Trustee’s office receives the tax roll, prints tax statements, and mails them in late September of each year
  • You can pay your property taxes from October 1st through February 28th of the following year. On March 1st, county taxes are late and begin to accrue 1.5 % interest per month.

Property taxes can be paid from October through February. If payment is not received by March 1st, a late fee will be applied. This fee is 1.5% per month (up to 18% annually).
You should receive your tax statement in the mail during the month of September. If you do not receive it, you still have to pay your property taxes on time. You will need to visit the
