How many seats does the 2022 Nissan Armada have?
Every 2022 Nissan Armada comes equipped with three rows of seating. For many models, that means being able to seat eight comfortably. However, some Armadas are configured with captain’s seats rather than a full second row—those rides can only fit seven.
The captain’s chair package is available as an option if you purchase the Nissan Armada SL or the Nissan Armada Platinum. It comes standard with the Nissan Armada Midnight Edition. However, you’ll be stuck with the second-row bench if you buy a
lower trim level
. While the captain’s chair package does reduce the passenger capacity of the Armada, the captain’s chairs themselves are generally considered to be much more spacious and comfortable. If you’ll often have three or four adults in your car at one time, the captain’s chairs may prove to be worthwhile.
Do all Armadas have three rows of seats?
Yes. Every 2022 Nissan Armada, regardless of trim levels or optional packages, comes with a third row that can seat three passengers. However, the third row is very limited when it comes to space.
Passengers in the third row will have just 28.4 inches of legroom. That’s over 10 inches less than passengers in the front two rows. For this reason, most people only ever expect to fit three children in the third row.
