If you’re moving to Pennsylvania from another state

Drop off your boxes and hop back in the car. To replace your out-of-state license, you’ll have to apply in person at your

local DMV

within 60 days of your move.

Before you go, make sure you assemble the following documents:

A printed and completed application

Proof of identity

Your social security card

Proof of residency
