How big is a Rivian battery?

mix of fast charging and slower destination charging stations

while also offering at-home chargers for customers to purchase.

The company intends to build a network of

600 Rivian-exclusive Adventure Network sites

which will include

3,500 DC fast chargers

. The initial charging speed for these sites will be 200 kW before the company gradually bumps that up to 300 kW.

Additionally, Rivian plans to build

10,000 destination charging sites

—known as Rivian Waypoints—at dining, retail, and lodging locations, as well as national parks and other destinations across the U.S. and Canada. The Rivian Waypoint locations will be accessible for any electric vehicle with a
