Enhanced Roadside Assistance will provide GPS coordination in the event of a stolen vehicle and emergency collision assistance that automatically connects you with a response center agent if your airbags deploy or you’re involved in a severe rear-end accident.

After a trial period, you can enroll in the Safety Connect program for $8 per month or $80 per year.

There are several avenues you can take to utilize Lexus Roadside Assistance, and all are available to you 24/7. For the warranty-included roadside assistance plan:

Call 1-800-25-LEXUS (1-800-255-3987) and follow the first prompt.

Select the “Call Lexus Roadside” option on the homepage of your Lexus app.

For the Safety Connect Enhanced Roadside Assistance subscription:

Press the “SOS” button located on your Lexus console to be directly connected to a response center agent.
