2019 Ford Ranger bolt pattern

The bolt pattern for all 2019 Ford Rangers
, regardless of trim or wheel size is 6x5.5. So what does that mean?
No matter what your make, model, and year of production, your vehicle has a bolt pattern, also sometimes referred to as a lug pattern, that’s expressed as
# of bolts x diameter of the circle they form
Your Ranger’s 6x5.5 lug pattern means each wheel is held on by six bolts, and those bolts form a circle with a 5.5-inch diameter. Pretty simple, right?
But if you’re looking to upgrade anything to do with your Ranger’s wheels, you’ve got a few more specs to gather. We said we were making this easy, so here they are:
  • Factory wheel size: 16” for XL, 17” for XLT, and 18” for Lariat
  • Stud size: 12x1.5 (12mm stud with 1.5mm thread spacing)
  • Offset: -10 to 18 mm
  • Center bore: 93.1 mm
  • Wheel tightening torque: 100 ft-lbs

How to measure your 2019 Ford Ranger’s bolt pattern

Finding out your Ranger’s, or any vehicle’s, lug pattern is actually pretty simple. All you need is a tape measure or ruler. Now hunker down in front of a wheel of your choice, and select a bolt (any bolt). Measure from the outside edge of that bolt to the bolt directly across from it. You should come up with 5.5-inches, which is the diameter of your circle, and since you know you have six lugs, that means your pattern is 6x5.5.
If your vehicle’s wheels have five bolts, they’ll be offset slightly, so measure to the point in between the two bolts opposite the bolt you chose.

How to optimize your Ranger’s insurance coverage

Upgrading your wheels and tires is a great way to add to the Ford Ranger’s already legitimate off-road chops. Unfortunately, insurers often charge a good deal more to cover trail-tacklers like the Ranger due to the increased likelihood they could sustain damage during your adventures. Lucky for you, even with a trail-ready truck, like a 2019 Ranger, you can still find affordable
