2013 Honda Accord bolt pattern

A 2013 Honda Accord has a bolt pattern of 5 x 4.5, or 5 on 4.5. Why is this important? Well, if you want to spruce up your Accord with some new wheels, you’ll need to know the bolt pattern (also called the
lug pattern
) before you start shopping. Here’s what those numbers mean:
bolt  pattern = number of bolts x diameter of the circle they form in inches
So if your Honda has a bolt pattern of 5 x 4.5, each wheel has five bolts, and they’re arranged in a circle that has a diameter of 4.5 inches. But you’ll need to know a few more bits of info to make sure that you get the right wheels for your Honda. Things like the stud size, offset, center bore, and tightening torque are vital to making sure your wheels stay on your car—which is a fairly important detail.
  • Factory wheel size: 16” to 20”
  • Stud size: M12 x 1.5 (12 mm in diameter, 1.5 mm between threads)
  • Offset: 35 to 54 mm
  • Center bore: 64.1 mm
  • Wheel tightening torque: 108 Nm

How to measure your Honda Accord’s bolt pattern

By now, you’re probably so excited about bolt patterns that you simply can’t wait to learn more, right? We got you. Read on to learn how to measure the bolt pattern of your 2013 Honda Accord for yourself!
You’ll need a ruler or a measuring tape, a sharp eye, and some good light to see what you’re doing. Precision matters here, so you need to be fairly exacting! Pick whatever bolt you like best, and measure the distance between the outer edge of its lug hole and the middle of the bolt that’s opposite it. Since the circle is made up of five bolts arranged in a star pattern, no bolt will be directly opposite of another one—so you’ll need to pick either of the bolts that are nearest to the opposite point.
The measurement you get is your diameter. On your 2013 Honda Accord, it should measure 4.5 inches. If you came up with something different, check your measuring technique and try again.  Combine the diameter with the number of bolts, and there you have it: your bolt pattern!
