Does the 2013 Ford Fiesta have Apple CarPlay?

No, the 2013 Ford Fiesta doesn’t offer Apple CarPlay. It does, however, offer some alternatives, which vary by trim level.
Let’s start with the base Ford Fiesta S. Unless yours includes the Convenience Package (and its MP3 capabilities), you’ll have to settle for a four-speaker radio and auxiliary audio jack. It will let you access the same media as Apple CarPlay, but you’ll have to control it using your smartphone or MP3.
SE
and
Titanium
trims add a six-speaker sound system and SYNC media software to the Fiesta’s four-inch multifunction LCD screen. A USB port, Bluetooth connectivity, and voice controls are also included. You can ask it to make a phone call, play music, or (if you have a SYNC Services account) give you turn-by-turn directions. Unfortunately, the AppLink services haven’t aged well—is anyone still using Pandora radio?
That’s it for official solutions; now, here are the unofficial ones.

How to add Apple CarPlay to a 2013 Ford Fiesta

The 2013 Ford Fiesta can’t support Apple Carplay, as the feature was only added to the third generation of SYNC in 2017. Upgrading from SYNC 1 to SYNC 3 also isn't possible due to hardware limitations. Let's look instead at a few aftermarket solutions.
There are a wide variety of products available, from cables to navtools to factory-upgrade kits. The last of these provides pre-programmed, direct-fit bezels, controllers, and other components for your specific model, but they can also cost up to $1,500. Plus, you’ll have to pay a professional to do the wiring.
A word of warning: while the warranty on your Fiesta may be void, tinkering with the stereo could result in a major glitch. Modern car electronics are tightly integrated, so if you’re not careful you could cut the wires to the door locks instead of the speakers! This is the reason why an upgrade can be difficult and expensive to attempt.
