A 2003 Chevy S10 Bolt Pattern bolt pattern is 5x4.75, which means each wheel has five bolts forming a circle that’s 4.75 inches.
The 2003 Chevy S10 is a second-generation model, but the bolt pattern matches Chevy’s first-generation S10 models. If your vehicle’s lugs are getting rusty or you notice that it’s hard to remove them when you swap out tires, it might be time to replace them. This is where the important bolt pattern measurements come in.
Fortunately, you don’t have to dig out your old owner’s manual to find the information you need.

2003 Chevy S10 bolt pattern

Chevy’s bolt pattern for the 2003 S10 is 5x4.75, or 5 on 4.75.
If you don’t have much experience with bolt patterns, here’s what that means. Each bolt pattern follows this basic formula:
# of bolts x diameter of the circle they form
If your Chevy has a 5x4.75 bolt pattern, it’s got 5 lugs that form a circle with a 4.75-inch diameter.
That’s all the information you need if you’re just planning on replacing the lugs. But if you also want to switch out your wheels, you need a few more measurements—your Chevy’s stud size, wheel offset, center bore measurement, and torque specifications:
  • Factory wheel size: 15” to 16”
  • Stud size: M12x1.25 (12 mm stud thread and 1.25 mm thread spacing)
  • Offset: 13 to 50 mm
  • Center bore: 70.3 mm
  • Wheel tightening torque: 129 Nm

How to measure your 2003 Chevy S10’s bolt pattern

You should be good to go using those specific measurements. If you can’t remember them or want to double-check before you go through the effort of changing out the lugs or tires, there is a way you can measure your 2003 Chevy S10’s bolt pattern.
Grab a measuring tape or basic ruler and place one end of it on the outer edge of any lug hole. Then, stretch the tape or position the ruler, so it reaches the opposite bolt. Since there are five bolts on the Chevy, pick either one of the nearest bolts.
Read the measurement from the outer lug hole to the center of the opposite bolt. You should get 4.75 inches. Put the number of lugs before your measurement to get the 5x4.75 bolt pattern.
