How much does Kia Stinger GT car insurance cost?

For the average driver, Kia Stinger GT insurance costs between $117 (for minimum coverage insurance) and $166 (for full coverage insurance) per month. If you take a look at insurance rates for other Stinger models, you’ll find an 6% less difference between them and the GT.
That being said, the average cost of car insurance policies isn’t necessarily what you’ll pay for coverage. Driving records, insurance histories, credit scores, and more all set real motorists (and their auto insurance premiums) apart from one another, and what you drive is just one element of the equation.

Keep in mind that even if two drivers drive the same Kia model and trim, they won’t pay the same car insurance premiums. Factors like a driver’s age can have a significant impact: for instance, a young driver will pay much more for coverage than an older one, even if they both have a clean driving record and good credit.
Other determining factors include insurance history, driving history, coverage types, vehicle safety ratings, and more. That’s why comparing costs is so important. While the national average rate can help you get an idea of what your premiums may be, drivers should always shop for personalized car insurance quotes.

The best car insurance companies for Kia Stinger GT owners

There’s no such thing as the
best auto insurance company
for every Kia Stinger GT driver because everyone values different things. Depending on how much you value lower rates, customer service, claims handling, or overall performance, your top pick will change.
The same goes for the cheapest car insurance company. Insurance premiums depend on so many individual factors—like your age, address, driving history, deductibles, and more—that there’s no way to tell which provider has the lowest rates until you ask for a quote.
That being said, we have some ideas for where you should start looking. Jerry surveyed thousands of American policyholders—and Kia Stinger GT owners—and asked them to rate their providers in four crucial categories.
Although companies including
Allstate
,
GEICO
,
Progressive
, and
State Farm
received higher customer service scores, other providers, such as
Safeco
and
Travelers
, achieved the best cost ratings. Take a look at the table below to see the results, and leverage them to determine the right insurer for you:

How'd we get these scores?

Jerry's experts conducted one of the largest car insurance surveys in the United States. We surveyed 15,000 policyholders, in all 50 states, over the span of 18 months. These policyholders hold insurance policies with 87 different insurance companies. We surveyed policyholders to gauge their satisfaction with their insurance carriers in: policy cost, customer service, buying and renewal experience, as well as claim experience. These scores were all reported by real customers of the insurance companies.

Kia Stinger car insurance costs change depending on the vehicle’s model year (i.e. the year in which it was manufactured). New cars often roll off the assembly line with newer technology, more safety features, and a higher cash value, which all raise the cost of insurance.

Providers take a lot of factors into consideration when calculating annual premiums. The MSRP, trim level, model year, theft rates, and repair costs for your vehicle can all influence your premiums.
Additionally, insurers are particularly keen on high vehicle safety ratings. Here’s an overview of how the Kia Stinger GT’s safety features performed in a test by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS):
