Before you get started: Press and hold your radio’s power button for two seconds to trigger an automatic reset. This may allow you to use your Odyssey’s radio again without entering a code.

- Vehicle identification number (VIN): This unique 17-digit code is printed on yourvehicle registration, insurance card, a windshield sticker in the lower corner on the driver’s side, and any Honda financial service statements.
- Radio serial number (2002 and newer models): Press and hold down radio preset buttons one and six simultaneously while turning your key to the accessory position without turning the engine on. A 10-digit serial number should appear on the display.
- Radio serial number (2001 and older models): The radio serial number is physically printed on the body of your radio unit, meaning you’ll have to remove it from your dashboard to access the serial number.
