For Acura TSXs model year 2001 and later: Turn the ignition and radio on to confirm that the display reads “CODE.” If it doesn’t do this, pull the backup fuse and try again.

Next, turn your radio off and press and hold all six preset buttons, and then turn the radio on again. The first screen will display the letter U followed by four digits, and the second screen will display an L also followed by four digits. These eight digits together make up your radio serial number.

For Acura TSXs model year 2004-2008 with navigation systems: Turn on the ignition to ACC (1). Turn on the radio to confirm that the display reads “CODE.” If it doesn’t do this, pull the backup fuse and try again.

Turn off the radio and press and hold the top halves of the SEEK/SKIP and CH/DISC bars, and then press and release the PWR/VOL knob. The first screen will display the letter U followed by four digits, and the second screen will display an L also followed by four digits. These eight digits together make up your radio serial number.
