What Does Kia Have Cooked Up for the 2023 Telluride?

—Kia’s largest SUV—will be pleased to see the suite of new features that Kia is bringing to the interior of its classic three-row SUV. Following a release of a few teaser videos, it looked like Kia
is giving the Telluride a big upgrade in onboard technology, off-roading features and a few other tweaks. The upgraded features were finally confirmed when the 2023 Telluride debuted on April 14, 2022 at the New York Auto Show. The Telluride carried over many of its popular, reliable features largely unchanged, but the big reveal also included a new X-Line and X-Pro trims.
What’s new with the 2023 Kia Telluride X-Line and X-Pro?
While the exterior remains mostly unchanged, the 2023 Telluride has a slightly roomier cabin and more advanced tech features. The X-Line rides 0.4 inches higher, has improved approach and departure angels, new roof rails and 20-inch wheels. It also comes equipped with improved traction control settings and towing mode.
If you’re looking to get some offroading in, the X-Pro is for you. The smaller 18-inch wheels and all-terrain tires still come with the added ground clearance that the X-Line has. The tow rating is slightly higher as well at 5,500 pounds—500 more than the standard Telluride.
All 2023 Tellurides have new headlights, taillights, bumpers, grille and an updated wheel design.

What has stayed the same on the 2023 Kia Telluride?
Some features carried over into the new models, including the 3.8-liter V6 engine with 291 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque. The standard eight-speed automatic engine can be configured to either front or all-wheel drive.
Pricing is not yet available for the 2023 Telluride, but interested buyers should be on the lookout for updates in the coming months.
