Do you want to get the full
Lamborghini
experience? You might just want to sign up for one of Lamborghini’s professional driving programs.
Much like everything else about the uber-luxurious brand, Lamborghini’s various driving programs or esperienzas have a six-figure starting point of actual Lambo ownership (around $209,409 for the cheapest model, the Lamborghini Huracán Evo).
Read on with the car ownership experts at Jerry to learn more about what these
driving programs
entail.

All about Lamborghini’s driving programs

According to
Autoweek
, there are five tiers to Lamborghini’s driving programs, from least to most advanced: Esperienza, Accademia, Corso Pilota, Super Trofeo, and Squadra Corse GT3.
Esperienza is the introductory track program that all Lamborghini customers are welcome to participate in. This half-day event consists of various track exercises where drivers learn handling dynamics and full-track lapping.
Lamborghini provides the vehicles, but only the Urus, Huracán, and Aventador are available for this tier.
Esperenzia programs can bring drivers anywhere from the snow-covered Italian alps to learn about drifting Huracán STOs on ice, to taking Urus offroading on the Icelandic coast.
The esperenzia tier of programming is largely geared toward amateur drivers looking to learn new skills and go on an adventure, but drivers that advance further into the programming work their way up to become real racers.

Accademia, Corso Pilota, Super Trofeo and Squadra Corse GT3

The next level is Accademia, which is geared towards those interested in the world of amateur racing. This program is slightly longer and includes more focus on driver technique and track exercises. Any car in Lamborghini’s lineup can be used for this program.
The two highest tiers of programming include the Corso Pilota and Super Trofeo. Upon completion of Corso Pilota, drivers can unlock the Super Trofeo experience by applying for a real competition license. Super Trofeo consists of a full season of competitive racing and support pro series events.
The Squadra Corse is Lamborghini’s official racing team, which competes in IMSA and Blancpain in the Huracán Evo GT3.

Why Lamborghini hosts driving programs

In a blog post from
Robbreport.com
, Lamborghini CEO Andrea Baldi weighed in on why programs like these are important for the brand. “We want to feel connected to our clients, there can be no distance between us,” said Baldi.
For Lamborghini, implementing driving programs means that Lambo owners are not just buying a car, but buying into a lifestyle.
“We are car builders, not retailers, but that doesn’t mean we can’t share the passion we have and become friends with our clients,” said Baldi as reported by Robbreport.com, “and when you’re at speed, the barriers break down.”

Insuring a luxury car for all of your adventures

When you’ve spent so much money on a luxury car, it may be tempting to only take it out on special occasions or just let it sit in the driveway. But if Lamborghini’s driving programs prove anything, it’s that these kind of cars are meant to be driven.
