Aston Martin’s latest hypercar, the Valkyrie Spider is a sight for sore eyes and might quite literally make them a bit sore if you drive it at the high speeds it’s capable of.
This will be one of Aston Martin’s rarest vehicles with only 85 being produced. Read on with Jerry to learn everything you can about this astounding vehicle.

Specs of the Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider

While a certain beauty can be seen when looking at the exterior of the vehicle, it’s what’s on the inside that really has people going.
The Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider is a phenomenal beast on the streets made as a trim that is separate from the standard Aston Martin Valkyrie. The Spider has a 6.5-liter V12 Hybrid engine, 7-speed Sequential transmission, and is RWD.
According to
CarBuzz
, the car is a two-seater drop-top convertible with its removable roof panel this hypercar achieves speeds of 1160 horsepower and 663 pounds per foot of torque, making it one of the fastest cars in the world
When the convertible’s top is down the Spider can hit a top speed of 205 mph, and with the roof attached it can hit 217 mph.
While the fuel economy is still unknown, you shouldn’t hold lofty expectations that it will be the most fuel-efficient.

A stunning exterior

Everything about the exterior of the Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider screams aerodynamics are key. From the large mouth to the small headlights, some might not consider it beautiful, but that’s not really the point and no one can dispute how stunning it truly is.
On both sides of the cockpit floor are full-length Venturi tunnels that move air in order to assist the car in getting over 3,086 pounds of downforce at close to 150 mph, but only when the car is in track mode.
The aforementioned removable roof is made to be light and has a carbon fiber central panel. On either side are front-hinged dihedral doors that are exclusive to the car and are designed to tilt forwards upon opening.

What’s the interior looking like in the Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider?

The interior of the Valkyrie Spider has a similar interior to the standard Valkyrie with the driver’s seat close to the middle of the car and a teardrop-shaped cockpit. Both the driver and passenger get six-point safety harnesses.
Due to the design of the vehicle some things one would expect standard, like a rear window, are foregone and are instead replaced with safety features like front and rear parking sensors and a rearview camera.
Unlike other hypercars, if the driver decides to take the top down, they’ll have to find somewhere to store it since there’s no space designated for it to go.
