work hard to maintain customer loyalty to their brand, and a recent survey suggests they are succeeding.Each year, Consumer Reports asks its members if they would buy their current vehicle again. And the percentage of owners who say they would, is used to determine customer satisfaction.

Consumer Reports
describes Ford’s Super Duty line (including the F-350) as having a “stiff and bouncy” ride quality, a fairly ordinary interior, and a cabin that’s too high for many people to access.Why then, do 83% of Ford F-350 owners say they would definitely buy one again? This is a higher percentage of satisfied customers than any other truck.
The answer is simple. A Super Duty truck is designed for hauling and towing, and with a payload capacity of 7,850 lbs, and a towing capacity of 21,000 lbs, it is extremely capable at both.
The vast majority of F-350 owners use this truck for work. If they were more interested in comfort, or having a cutting edge infotainment system, they would have opted for a different model.
Ford has targeted the right demographic with the F-350, and the truck’s propensity for hard work is repaid with customer loyalty.

According to Consumer Reports, here are the top five pickup trucks with the highest customer satisfaction (% of customers who would buy one again):

While the Honda Ridgeline is an impressive vehicle, the popularity of some of these trucks has caught us by surprise.
For example, The 2022 F-150 and Jeep Gladiator have both been criticized for poor reliability, and the Gladiator is ranked dead last in CR’s ranking of Compact pickup trucks.
Still, whether it’s down to brand loyalty, or the truck has simply found the right audience, we can’t deny these vehicles make their owners happy!
