Millennials and Xers rejoice, as one of the biggest car

from the early noughties is set to return. We are of course talking about Jesse James and his hit show, Monster Garage
While there were some iconic cars from 90s TV, nothing quite compares with the cars of Monster Garage

What is 'Monster Garage'?

Monster Garage had a simple premise that yielded some very entertaining results.
A team of mechanics would be given an off-the-wall modification task with a limited budget and time frame. For example, participants may be tasked with converting an old Porsche into a golf ball collector.
Initially, all challenges were restricted to having a budget of $3,000. That would later be increased to $5,000. Eventually, Jesse James would frequently joke that budget restrictions were never followed. Participants would be restricted to having their modifications completed within seven days.
The show ran for five seasons from 2002 to 2006. In total, over 80 episodes were produced and Monster Garage was a major hit for the Discovery Channel.
It would propel host Jesse James into celebrity status, although his controversial breakup with Sandra Bullock would hurt his reputation.

Favorite vehicles from the original ‘Monster Garage’

Fans may argue what the best car modification that came out of Monster Garage is, but a few vehicles, in particular, stand out.
A personal favorite was the 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser that was converted into a wood chipper. The mechanics made it so the wood chipper would run off the same engine as the car. The chipper could be accessed in the back of the vehicle. While it is technically a functioning wood chipper car, it isn't exactly practical. But that is the essence of Monster Garage.
Another classic was the 1994 Chevy Suburban which was converted into a wedding chapel.
For those who are too young to remember SUVs from the ‘90s, believe us when we say they were huge. And the Suburban was one of the biggest of them all. Large enough to hold a wedding ceremony, in fact.
The crew at Monster Garage was able to gut most of the interior so couples could be wed while riding on the interstate.
Perhaps the greatest creation of Monster Garage was the truck named Milk Bomb. One of the perks of getting milk delivered from a dairy farm is its freshness. But what if you want, really, really fresh milk? So much so that the cow was milked in the actual delivery truck?
That was the idea behind the Milk Bomb. Jesse and crew were able to alter a 1959 Chevy Dairy Truck so that it could hold a live dairy cow, providing the freshest glass of milk you've ever had.
