The
Nissan
Versa has a history of being an affordable and reliable car, and it looks like things aren’t going to change for the 2023 model. It appears Nissan has given the 2023 Versa an updated, fresh look while still keeping prices relatively low for drivers. Here’s what we know about the 2023 Nissan Versa

The 2023 Nissan Versa Gets a Fresh Look

The Nissan Versa was last refreshed in 2020, so the car was definitely due for a new look, and the design for 2023 does not disappoint. The 2023 Nissan Versa will go on sale soon, offered in the same three trims as the 2022 model – the S, SV, and SR.
All trims got an updated look and according to
Car and Driver
, the most noticeable design change is a new grille, which has a black hexagonal piece between a column of rectangular silver trim pieces.
Beyond the cool new grille, other visual changes on the outside of the 2023 Nissan Versa include an updated front bumper and the latest version of the Nissan logo plastered around the vehicle.
The upgrade also includes flashy 17-inch wheels on the highest-level trim, the SR. The SV has 16-inch aluminum wheels, and both the SV and SR boast automatic headlights plus body-color door handles and exterior mirrors.

Interior Features and Technology Were Updated, Too

On top of the new design changes that give the 2023 Nissan Versa a cooler, sleeker look on the outside, the car brand has also made upgrades to the interior and technology features offered.
Motor Trend
reports that the SV and SR come with an upgraded 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, which is also optional on the S.
Standard new features on all trims include USB ports, remoteless key entry, and safety features like automatic emergency braking and lane-departure warning. In the SV, drivers can enjoy features like a center console armrest and wireless phone charger.
The highest-level SR trim includes all these features, plus heated front seats, multiple speakers, additional safety features like blind spot warning and adaptive cruise control, a built-in WiFi hotspot, and a leather steering wheel.

Some Things Didn’t Change on the Nissan Versa

While all these new features are impressive, one big thing (hopefully) didn’t change with the 2023 Nissan Versa upgrade – the price. Car reviewers speculate Nissan will keep the Versa pricing for 2023 similar to 2022, starting just under $17,000.
Plus,
the car is still fueled
by a 1.6-liter, four-cylinder engine that carries 122hp. And, drivers still have the choice of either a CVT or five-speed manual transmission.
And of course, one more thing that didn’t change is your ability to get affordable car insurance rates for any vehicle you purchase.
