Ferrari is well-known for both its odd policies and its
luxury vehicles
. In 2015, Ferrari released the LaFerrari FXX K which was made to rival McLaren’s P1 GTR. With such a limited release at a high ticket price, let’s get down into the nitty gritty of this awesome car.

The Ferrari LaFerrari FXX K specs

According to
Autocar
, the FXX K in the name of the Ferrari LaFerrari comes from the KERS (kinetic energy recovery system) that works with the engine of the car.
This Ferrari has a 6.3-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine that produces a total of , hp and over 664 lb. per ft. of torque.
For comparison’s sake, the standard LaFerrari has a V12 engine that gets 835 hp and 188 hp from the car’s electric motor. With that in mind, the FXX K has an even shorter 0-60 mph time than the less than three seconds of the LaFerrari’s.
Similar to the standard LaFerrari, the FXX K features a seven-speed paddle-shift dual-clutch automatic transmission.
While the inner workings of the FXX K are similar to the standard LaFerrari, much of the luxury features were foregone.
The head of Ferrari even said that the Ferrari LaFerrari FXX K is “not a track version of LaFerrari. We use its structure and powertrain”, and he further emphasized that all other aspects of the vehicle were learned on the track.
