Here is what you’ll need to apply for a replacement title in Missouri:
- Completed Application for Missouri Title and License (Form 108) with signature
- Your application must include your Missouri address in the owner areaAt the top of the form, check the box labeled “DUPLICATE”In the “Duplicate Title Only” block near the bottom of the form, indicate why you’re applying for the duplicate titleGet the form notarized. This means a notary public must witness you signing the form, and complete the notarization box in the “Duplicate Title Only” block

- If there’s no lien on the vehicle and you want the title to be mailed to a different address than the one provided in the owner’s portion of the application, mark an “X” in the “Mail To” block and write that address in the space provided.
If you need a duplicate title because your original was damaged in some way, you need to return the damaged title along with your application.
How to apply for a replacement title in Missouri
You can submit your application along with the fees to any Missouri license office. You may also submit to:

You will have to pay the $8.50 duplicate title fee and the $6.00 processing fee and any state/local sales tax that may apply.
